UI Production Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI Production Support Engineer in Durham, NC.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep experience in managing technology environment stability and availability, ensuring high uptime and reliability
* Strong knowledge of ITIL practices for incident management, change management, and service delivery
* Proficiency in system support principles, focusing on process automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
* Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies, including delivery projects and implementations
* Expertise in search and analytics engines like Splunk and Datalog for log analysis and insights
* Skills in workflow design, data analysis, and requirements identification/specification to optimize processes
* Knowledge of cloud-based technologies
* Competence in programming languages such as JavaScript, NodeJS, or Java for development and integration
* Experience with production support systems like ServiceNow, automated deployment pipelines, and Jenkins
* Ability to think creatively and abstractly to solve complex problems
* Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), with AWS Certification as a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
