Angular UI Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an urgent need for Senior Angular UI Developers for a 6-month contract to hire position on site 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities may include:
* Design and develop applications using latest JavaScript/TypeScript concepts in Angular 16
* Experience with angular microapp architecture and angular elements (micro frontends)
* Experience with angular reactive and asynchronous programming using RxJS library
* Code, test, debug, document and implement complex software applications; Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business; Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality; Code with least bugs and incorporating the best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires candidates with 8+ years of experience building modern, scalable, and accessible web applications
* 5-8+ years of experience in Angular 8 or newer
* 3+ years of experience in developing web-based user interfaces
* 2+ years of experience working in an Agile project
* 1-2 years of experience in NodeJS
* This role requires strong expertise in Angular 8+ (preferably Angular 16), micro frontend architecture, and reactive programming, along with hands-on development capability in Agile enterprise environments
* Basic understanding of Linux operating system and commands
* Working knowledge in DevOps tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, NPM, OCP, and GIT
* Experience with writing unit test cases in Jasmine Karma
* Hands-on experience with a11y tools - NVDA, Axe expert
* Working knowledge of CSS and CSS preprocessors like SASS
* Experience in Harmony nice to have
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong Collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in Agile environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
