Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience managing business analysis workstreams or projects with defined deliverables.
  • Experience integrating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems with Health Information Exchange (HIE) platforms or similar healthcare interoperability environments.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards, interoperability frameworks, and system integration practices.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and technical requirements.
  • Experience identifying and documenting business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
  • Strong experience conducting interviews and stakeholder sessions to gather business and system requirements.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, interface testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production readiness activities.
  • Experience supporting system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience supporting change management and communications activities.
  • Experience with PMO-related tasks such as time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, and service metric reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

  • Experience serving as a primary technical or functional resource for healthcare system integration initiatives.
  • Experience working with behavioral health providers, EHR vendors, or healthcare organizations on data exchange implementations.
  • Experience leading onboarding and standards-based configuration activities for provider systems.
  • Experience coordinating interface testing, validation, and production readiness across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience troubleshooting data exchange, interface, or interoperability issues.
  • Experience documenting as-is capabilities and current-state processes.
  • Experience conducting industry, competitive, state, strategic, financial, operational, or benchmarking analyses.
  • Experience developing business cases and supporting implementation planning.
  • Experience supporting go-live and post-deployment stabilization activities.
  • Experience working in cross-functional roles such as Functional Analyst, Solution/Business Architect, Work Stream Lead, or Deployment Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding activities for participating behavioral health providers and their EHR vendors.
  • Support standards-based configuration of interfaces and data exchange workflows.
  • Coordinate interface testing, validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource dedicated to the Chickasaw initiative throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for technical requirements, troubleshooting, and compliance assurance.
  • Manage business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables aligned to solution outcomes.
  • Identify and document business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support project and operational objectives.
  • Complete analysis and documentation of current-state or as-is capabilities.
  • Conduct interviews and stakeholder sessions to gather business requirements.
  • Conduct industry, competitive, and state analyses, including strategic, financial, and operational research.
  • Support business case development and benchmarking activities.
  • Support required system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, and logistics management.
  • Support change management and communications programs and related activities.
  • Perform PMO activities, including project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and project administration tasks.

Should Have:

  • Experience in healthcare interoperability, HIE, or public health system integration environments.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health workflows and provider onboarding processes.
  • Experience with EHR interface implementation, testing, and validation.
  • Experience in deployment leadership, solution architecture support, or workstream leadership.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across technical teams, vendors, providers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting compliance, data quality, and production support processes.

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
