Role Overview:
The PTC Microsoft CE CRM Developer will configure and develop the Microsoft CE CRM system. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and optimizing user experience.
Responsibilities:
Configure and develop Microsoft CE CRM based on Agile Backlog tasks
Collaborate with technical leads and project managers
Define functional requirements for integrating with Contact Center applications and other systems
Support user training and promote user adoption
Provide ongoing support and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Document all work, including designs and test plans
Lead project team activities and work independently
