Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage and support various Salesforce applications and platforms across the organization.
- Configure Salesforce elements such as objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
- Provide Tier-2 support, assist with user acceptance testing, and manage data integrations.
- Support Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially TrackWise Digital environments.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration.
- 3-4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Ability to support integrated and validated business processes.
- Experience with TrackWise Digital is highly advantageous.
- Background in medical device, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is preferred.
