We're seeking a Project Manager to lead technical implementation initiatives focused on enhancing item functionality within the Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). This role will drive development efforts that improve system performance and ensure optimized item usage across purchasing and distribution operations.
What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional delivery of complex technical solutions with multiple teams and dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business teams to support successful technical execution.
• Create alignment among stakeholders by providing clarity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring consistent communication.
• Document and manage issues, risks, and decisions while guiding teams on mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Build and deliver reporting that highlights progress, readiness, and rollout status; recommend and implement strategic adjustments based on stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology project manager for item-related enhancements that support optimal RMS performance across various distribution facilities.
• Participate in initiatives to improve supplier and vendor setup systems, increasing accuracy, usability, and reliability.
• Understand interdependencies between item maintenance, cost and deals setup, and downstream processes supporting purchasing and replenishment workflows.
• Support the execution of the merchandising product team's roadmap, coordinating closely with supply chain teams during RMS rollouts.
• Oversee implementation of solutions involving third-party integrations, process improvements, and new functional capabilities.
