The client is looking for a technically inclined and cloud-savvy Product Manager to support the Core Technology (DevOps) team. In this role, you will help drive and track team priorities, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and serve as a business liaison for DevOps initiatives. The position involves collaborating with internal teams to define, deliver, and communicate the outcomes of the team s work while ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned. You will also contribute to documentation, launch materials, and analytical insights that help shape the product roadmap and support the team s strategic objectives.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong collaboration within cross-functional teams, high attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to independently execute clearly defined tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert and Associate Product Manager for a function that previously lacked formal product management support.
Focus on core platform capabilities such as reliability, security, release management, infrastructure upgrade support, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Assist with roadmap planning, backlog management, and development operations in collaboration with technical and product teams.
Manage bug intake, validation, reproduction, and triage to ensure timely issue resolution.
Create and update documentation, user training resources, and stakeholder communications.
Perform data analysis to support bug triage and requirement gathering.
Participate actively in Agile development practices and Scrum ceremonies.
Background & Requirements:
2 3 years of professional experience, preferably in or closely related to product management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Analytical mindset with strong curiosity and problem-solving ability.
Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
Foundational understanding of cloud architecture and data streams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Knowledge or exposure to the healthcare industry.
Previous experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
