OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on
Desktop Support Technician to support a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong desktop/laptop support experience and a passion for delivering excellent end-user support. A
CompTIA A+ certification (or working toward it) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Support laptop and desktop refresh activities, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide on-site technical support to end users in a hospital environment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document service requests
Required Qualifications- Experience in desktop support, field services, or IT support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Basic understanding of networking and security best practices
Preferred Qualifications- CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting healthcare or hospital environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or knowledge base tools
Additional Information- Must be comfortable lifting and moving IT equipment as needed
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
