Our client is seeking a Manager, Global Operations Support, Scheduling and Cell Logistics in Princeton, NJ
Role Description
Conduct/Support monitoring of digital communications:
Support Order to cash workstream projects and market launches to support Global Cell therapy Order to cash operations.
Monitor the automatic creation of documents including sales orders, purchase orders, intercompany purchase orders, and deliveries in SAP and act on any exceptions that might occur.
Maintain constant communication with Production Planning, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, BMS Commercial organizations and Specialty Distributer to resolve any order exceptions to ensure on-time delivery and representing the business.
Collaborate with IT Management and Vendor Managers to escalate support day to day operation issues.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by setting daily testing goals, providing updates on testing progress, defect triage, and collaborating towards defect resolution.
Act as Order Management SME for implementation of ERP systems at new and existing manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with business partners for Order Exception Management and Cross functional process mapping.
Collaborate with BMS Commercial and Finance teams to issue credit and resolve any sales order and finance related issues.
Support with maintenance of the team's SOPs and work instructions.
Collaborate with BI&A team to build reports and dashboard for Order Management team.
Analyze existing processes and look for opportunities for continuous improvements.
Accountable for individual and team performance.
Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g. cGMP and GxP).
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree + 5 years of work in pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
Must have operating experience working in SAP S/4 Hana, and understanding of ERP systems.
Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA)
Experience in Order to cash domain, Pharma standard processes and challenges including order initiation and management, order completion, invoicing, credit and returns. Cell Therapy experience is preferred.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must have strong proficiency Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Effective in managing time and resources and in decision-making.

SAP Experience -(SAP S4 HANA)
Demonstrated hands on experience working in SAP (e.g., order management, master data, scheduling, logistics, or supply chain modules).
ERP System Integration Knowledge
Proven understanding of ERP system integrations, including how upstream and downstream systems exchange data and the impact to business processes.
Order to Cash (O2C) Process Understanding
Solid knowledge of the end to end Order to Cash lifecycle, including order entry, order fulfillment, invoicing, and issue resolution.
Experience in GMP / GxP Regulated Environments
Prior experience working in GMP and/or GxP regulated environments, with an understanding of compliance, documentation, and audit requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word), including data analysis, reporting, and professional communication.
