Job Summary
The U.S. Consumer Services and Digital Technology (USCDT) team is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager / Project Manager II to lead planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale strategic product launches for U.S. Consumer and Commercial Card systems.
This role drives end-to-end delivery from definition through implementation, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Execution
Lead program and cross-platform product delivery, combining technical depth with strong leadership.
Manage the full lifecycle of initiatives from initiation through release.
Partner with LPM, Product, and Engineering teams during early engagement and prioritization.
Drive Pre-Program Increment (PI) planning, collaborating with leadership, product management, delivery teams, and business partners.
Manage integrated release planning, status reporting, and readiness coordination.
Lead E2E Test Management (test data setup, test planning, execution tracking, reporting).
Oversee solution architecture discussions and technical alignment with engineering teams.
Ensure strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment across Product, Business, and Architecture teams.
Generate data-driven insights using automation and delivery metrics.
Identify and manage risks, impediments, dependencies, and resourcing across workstreams.
Support continuous exploration, innovation, and process improvement.
Translate PI objectives into Epic/Cross-Train release objectives for successful delivery.
Track and measure capability, epic execution, and delivery progress.
Manage relationships with external partners and technology vendors as needed.
Technical & Architectural Skills
Collaborate on architecture and process flows to ensure end-to-end product solutions.
Deep understanding of technical platforms, systems, and application design.
Facilitate cross-team alignment between engineering, product, and architecture groups.
Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and maintain program-level data integrity within Agile tools.
Leadership & Coaching
Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices, mindsets, and SAFe values.
Promote diversity of thought, continuous learning, trust, and leadership development.
Challenge the status quo and enable continuous improvements & standardization.
Inspire collaboration between system architects, Agile teams, and product teams.
Influence without authority across complex, matrixed environments.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms is ideal.
Hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams.
PMI-ACP, PMP, SPC, SAFe, or other Agile certifications strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
