About the RoleWe're hiring 1-2 Technical Project Managers to support Kai's organization, leading initiatives across Wi-Fi automation, managed Wi-Fi deployments, and data center buildouts. This role suits someone who thrives in highly technical environments, can juggle multiple projects, and brings a strong problem-solving mindset to every challenge.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and technology deployments-from planning and requirements through execution and operational handoff-while partnering closely with engineering, network operations, construction, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage 3-4 concurrent technology projects, including:
- Managed Wi-Fi deployments for new developments
- Data center buildouts in local and regional sites
- Wi-Fi automation and related infrastructure initiatives
- Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Coordinate across multiple technical and non-technical departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Drive process improvements and help teams adopt Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure deployments meet technical, operational, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of Project Management experience in a technology, telecom, or data center environment.
- Strong background managing technology deployments, infrastructure projects, or data center builds.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt (one required).
- Experience with Agile methodologies; familiarity with Waterfall and willingness to coach teams on process improvements.
- Technical understanding of networking, Wi-Fi systems, automation tools, or data center infrastructure.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
