Moveworks Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Moveworks Architect in Tampa, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Moveworks Platform Management & Optimization:
* Responsible for building conversational plug ins with Moveworks so the chatbots can react well to questions asked and create tickets in service now or other integrated systems
* Own the end-to-end management and continuous improvement of the Moveworks platform; This includes maintaining system health, monitoring performance, and implementing enhancements to ensure efficient automation and a seamless user experience
* Act as the primary point of contact for Moveworks administration, troubleshooting, and optimization

Plugin Development & Automation Enablement:
* Design, develop, and maintain custom Moveworks plugins to extend chatbot functionality and automate workflows
* Build scalable and reusable integrations that enable the chatbot to execute actions such as resolving requests, triggering workflows, and interacting with enterprise systems

ServiceNow Data Structuring for AI Effectiveness:
* Organize and optimize knowledge articles, request catalogs, and user data within ServiceNow to improve ingestion and accuracy within Moveworks
* Ensure data is clean, well-structured, and aligned with AI training best practices to enhance chatbot understanding and response quality

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2-3 years of experience required at minimum
* Level 1 Moveworks certification preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
