  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision?making.

Business Case Evaluation & ROI Support

  • Lead a centralized business case development capability, partnering with Finance leadership and cross?functional leaders to inform enterprise investment decisions, prioritization, and performance optimization.
  • Standardize ROI frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and governance to improve consistency, transparency, and decision velocity.

Ad?Hoc Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Deliver high?impact ad?hoc financial analysis in response to time?sensitive leadership questions and emerging business needs.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort in finance analysis and reporting.
  • Support initiative?level P&L and value tracking, including ongoing monitoring of drivers, variances, and risks/opportunities.
  • Help transition repeatable analytics into BAU reporting, with documented assumptions, controls, and processes.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

Critical Skills:
