>> The MS SQL Database Administrator is a engineer responsible for leading the implementation, planning, coordination, configuration, installation, and ongoing management of the Database Management Systems.
>> The DBA uses technical knowledge to solve business problems, by means of a systematic and disciplined approach.
>> This position employs software, hardware, andor communication technologies to accomplish assignments.
Requirements:
>> SQL Server Database Administration
>> Database Administration (DBMS) - 10+ years experience required
>> Experience of Installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance and performance of SQL Server
>> Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)
>> Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
>> Good exposure of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
>> Experience of Always on Availability feature (Configuration, Maintenance, Handling)
>> Experience of Replication Feature
>> Experience of User permission in SQL server
>> Experience with Windows server, including Active Directory
>> Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
>> Great interpersonal and communication skills
>> Work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required
