Chief Information Officer (CIO), Hybrid in Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) must provide leadership to the existing technology organization to ensure that technology projects are appropriately prioritized, managed and delivered. This position is Hybrid and will be Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and Hybrid Monday and Friday.
Chief Information Officer (CIO) Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and testing of updates to core processing systems. Tuning and stress testing must be completed to ensure optimum performance.
- Lead business continuity effort to include the establishment of complete redundancy of all production systems.
- Lead ongoing staff development efforts of the technology staff.
- Ensure that production systems continue to meet established performance standards.
Chief Information Officer (CIO) Qualifications:
- Experience using Claude AI tool.
- Experience with Microsoft including Office 365.
- Experience with iManage.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Relevant information technology management experience.
- Disciplined project management skills and knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Law firm experience or Accounting firm experience is a big plus.
