Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Coupa Consultant to join our team, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing the Coupa platform, with a strong understanding of its integration with various ERP systems. You''ll be a key player in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey, from initial design to successful deployment and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle Coupa , including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Coupa's core P2P and Procurement modules.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice guidance for process optimization and system configuration.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Coupa solutions.
• Perform system integrations between Coupa and various ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and other third-party applications.
• Provide expertise in Coupa CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and Coupa RPMA (Risk & Performance Management & Analytics).
• Configure and support Coupa SIM (Supplier Information Management) modules, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding and data accuracy.
• Develop and deliver client training materials and sessions to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or functional role, with at least 3 years focused on Coupa implementations.
• Proven expertise in Coupa's P2P and Procurement modules.
• In-depth knowledge of Coupa integrations with major ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa CLM and RPMA.
• Solid understanding of Coupa SIM modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Coupa certification is highly preferred.
