Job Summary:

- Seeking an expert-level Epic Resolute professional—not a standard analyst.
- Must own and optimize end-to-end claims and remittance architecture for HB/PB.
- Proactively identify and resolve revenue leakage and complex revenue cycle issues.
- Expected to deliver immediate impact; must have led critical revenue cycle transformations previously.
- Rapidly assess and optimize HB/PB claims and remittance workflows.
- Identify and resolve high-impact gaps in revenue cycle, such as denials, delays, and underpayments.
- Independently drive system configuration changes without supervision.
- Deliver measurable improvements (e.g., reduced DNFB, denial rates, AR days).
- Serve as the authority for all claims and remittance-related decisions.
- Architect, configure, and optimize Epic Resolute HB and/or PB Claims & Remittance modules.
- Lead resolution of complex billing, claims adjudication, and remittance issues.
- Diagnose and fix systemic inefficiencies in the revenue cycle at scale.
- Own full solution delivery, from root cause analysis through production deployment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (revenue cycle leadership, IT, finance) to drive key decisions.
- Lead high-impact initiatives with direct accountability for financial results.
- Provide expert guidance during system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Active and current Epic Resolute HB or PB Claims & Remittance Certification.
- 7+ years of hands-on Epic Resolute experience (specifically focused on Claims & Remittance).
- Proven record of delivering quantifiable revenue cycle improvements, including metrics (e.g., % denial reduction, AR improvement, cash acceleration).
- Prior experience in high-performance healthcare organizations or large-scale Epic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes, zero-oversight settings.
- Strong portfolio highlighting real-world case studies or project outcomes.
- Deep expertise in:
- HB/PB Claims build, edits, and workqueues
- Remittance processing (835), reconciliation, and denial management
- End-to-end revenue cycle workflows and dependencies
