Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Lead with a strong background in Healthcare to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Python, and backend systems, along with hands-on experience building intelligent, autonomous AI agents that improve clinical workflows and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Agentic AI solutions for healthcare applications.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex, end-to-end workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, healthcare systems, and data platforms.
• Design and deploy production-ready AI solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on AI technologies and solution architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience as a Technical Lead, AI Lead, or Engineering Lead managing AI solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend application development.
• Experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and security standards including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise APIs and healthcare platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI solutions within the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks, agent orchestration platforms, and cloud-based AI services.
• Passion for building innovative AI solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
