Title: Loan IQ Production Support
Location:Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Term: 24 months, with potential to convert to full-time

Overview:
We are seeking aLoan IQ Product Support Specialistwith deep, hands?on expertise supporting Loan IQ (LIQ) in a production environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strongoperations background(Closing and Servicing) who understands both thetechnical and functional sidesof Loan IQ and can troubleshoot issues across the full application stack.
The ideal candidate is highly experienced in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving Loan IQ application issues from both thefront?end user experience and back?end system perspective, working closely with operations, technology, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provideproduction support for the Loan IQ (LIQ) application, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolvefront?end and back?end Loan IQ issues, including data, processing, and configuration problems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Loan IQ functionality related toloan servicing and closings.
• Partner closely withOperations teamsto understand business impacts and ensure solutions align with servicing and closing workflows.
• Analyze incidents, defects, and inquiries to determine root causes and recommend long?term fixes.
• Support issue remediation, enhancements, and deployments related to Loan IQ.
• Collaborate with technology, vendors, and downstream teams to ensure smooth handoffs and resolutions.
• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness as needed.

• Extensive hands?on experience supporting Loan IQ (LIQ)in a production or product support role.
• Strong understanding ofLoan IQ architecture, processes, and data flows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues from both theapplication front end and back end.
• Operations background is a must, specifically within:
  • LoanClosing
  • LoanServicing
• Experience working closely with Operations, Technology, and Support teams in a financial services environment.
• Must belocated in Charlotte, NC.

• Experience supporting Loan IQ upgrades, patches, or enhancements.
• Familiarity with incident management, defect tracking, and exception handling processes.
• Background in commercial lending, corporate lending, or syndicated loan environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business?friendly language.

• Deep Loan IQ expert who understands bothhow the system works and how the business uses it
• Operationally minded with firsthand experience in closing and servicing activities
• Comfortable navigating production issues in a fast?paced, highly regulated environment
• Proactive, detail?oriented, and solution?focused?
