Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a LoanIQ Specialist to join their team. As a LoanIQ Specialist, you will be part of the Commercial Banking department supporting the lending operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support and enhance commercial lending operations using Loan IQ platform
- Analyze and resolve Loan IQ?related issues, partnering with technology and operations teams
- Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, and upgrades within Loan IQ
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners and development teams
- Support testing efforts including system testing, UAT, regression testing, and validation of changes
What's Needed?
- Strong hands?on experience with Loan IQ in a production or support environment
- Experience supporting commercial lending platforms in a financial services setting
- Familiarity with Agile practices and working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong analytical and problem?solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non?technical stakeholders
