Title: Applications Architect (On-site)

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32301 || Duration: Long-Term

Required Skills and Experience

* 7+ years of recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments.
* Hands - on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning.
* Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.
* Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution - based deployment between environments.
* Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role - based access, field level security, auditing, and DLP policies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation at the vendor level (or equivalent Microsoft partner certification).
* Experience operating in Government Community Cloud (GCC) with awareness of FedRAMP and CJIS considerations.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern UX practices.
* Experience with application and data security best practices across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

Primary Responsibilities

* Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 Case Management and Power Platform solutions. Must have recent experience
* Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
* Develop Power Automate flows, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors for system integrations and automation.
* Integrate with SharePoint Online for document management and collaboration.
* Establish ALM practices using Azure DevOps, including branching, solution management, pipelines, and release coordination.
* Implement monitoring and telemetry; troubleshoot issues and drive root - cause analysis and remediation.
* Coach, mentor, and train the department team members and the client staff on solution usage and support.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Attend and participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
* Submit weekly project reports and time sheets.
* Design, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 Case Management solutions in GCC, including entities/tables, forms, views, business process flows, security roles, and automation.
* Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Appsmodel - driven and canvas, Power Pages, Power Automate) using Dataverse best practices.
* Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse connectors, and RESTful APIs, including integration with SharePoint Online.
* Establish and support ALM using Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, environments), including solution packaging, deployment, and environment strategies.
* Implement and enforce environment governance (development, test, production), data policies, DLP, application security, and access controls aligned to GCC and the department standards.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design user - centric solutions, and implement iterative enhancements.
* Ensure solution performance, reliability, security, and compliance with the department policies and regulatory standards (including CJIS alignment as applicable).
* The Contractor, through its selected candidate, must perform all tasks and complete the deliverables identified in this Statement of Work (SOW).
* Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with the department and regulatory standards.

Education

* Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Certification

* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (Preferred)
* Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (Preferred)
* Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (Preferred)
