Job Title: Jira SME

About the Role:
We are seeking a Jira SME with a Scrum Master background to support a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This position is heavily focused on Jira reporting, data analysis, and executive-level insights, rather than managing agile ceremonies or teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage internal reporting across multiple global teams (US, EMEA, LATAM)
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, and Kanban boards
- Track and visualize team productivity (hours worked, project contributions, etc.)
- Analyze Jira data to highlight team performance and business value
- Present insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions and funding
- Configure and set up Jira projects from scratch (administrative level)
- Act as a Jira subject matter expert, understanding the impact of changes and advising stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize reporting
What We re Looking For:
- 5+ years of advanced Jira reporting and dashboarding experience
- Strong experience with Jira administration (project setup, workflows, configurations)
- Hands-on experience with Kanban methodologies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (executive-level exposure)
- At least 1 prior experience as a Scrum Master
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
