We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and passionate Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our well-established legal firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of civil litigation matters. This includes dealing with areas such as defense, HOA, construction defect, insurance coverage, and professional liability. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem-solver with a strong capacity to think strategically and analytically about complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions, and trial and appellate work.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Coordinate with team members and clients to develop litigation strategies.
  • Draft and negotiate settlements.
  • Analyze insurance coverage and professional liability issues.
  • Handle construction defect and HOA litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation that may affect the organization and its clients.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in litigation.
  • Active member of the state Bar in good standing.
  • Proven experience in defense, HOA, construction defect, insurance coverage, and professional liability.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
