Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Copilot Studio agent development, Power Automate orchestration, and Dataverse data modeling and a proven ability to design, implement, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI agents and automation that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including topic modeling, dialog orchestration, action invocation, fallback strategies, and controlled handoff.

  • Own and implement end-to-end agent solutions spanning Teams experiences, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse models, and enterprise integrations.

  • Translate business workflows and regulatory requirements into durable agent and automation designs covering functional and non-functional needs.

  • Develop complex cloud flows with orchestration logic, error handling, retries, and long-running operations.

  • Design and manage Dataverse schemas to support agent state, session context, results, and auditability.

  • Define and apply integration patterns using standard and custom connectors and REST APIs across internal and external systems.

  • Participate in design and solution reviews, identifying trade-offs, risks, and opportunities for standardization and reuse.

  • Establish reusable flow templates, agent patterns, and Dataverse conventions that improve consistency and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience building production-grade Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate flows.

  • Strong background in end-to-end workflow design that integrates multiple systems and persists durable state using Dataverse.

  • Proven ability to model data and solution behavior with security, auditability, performance, reliability, and scalability in mind.

  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems using connectors, REST APIs, and structured payloads; familiarity with custom connector patterns preferred.

  • Ability to influence solution quality through standards, guidance, and review without direct sprint or delivery ownership.

  • Strong communication skills to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a regulated environment.

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals and applied experience.

  • Proficiency with Python for AI, integration, or automation scenarios.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with low-code and pro-code hybrid architectures across application, integration, data, and automation tiers.

  • Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, and compliance practices for the Power Platform.
