Role: IT Project Manager
Location NJ( onsite)
Type: Contract and Full-Time
Supports IT operations and rollout of key initiatives through planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, including operations support and key initiative rollouts (e.g., software deployments)
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource allocation; monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, end-users, and teams; communicate status, gather requirements, and facilitate meetings (e.g., scrum, retrospectives)
Oversee compliance with standards, SOPs, and best practices; document processes, reports, and testing
Requirements: MUST
7+ years in project management; IT/operations experience preferred
Certifications: PMP, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent
Skills: Agile/Waterfall/Scrum, SDLC, leadership, communication, risk management
Strong interpersonal skills and managing conflict
Ideal for: Driving operational efficiency and seamless initiative deployment

Experience in service now and/or low/code no code deployments
Exposure to incident management, triaging, and reporting
Gravitas to work alongside both internal and external stakeholders
