Ideal Candidate Profile
A strategic and commercially driven executive with deep expertise in asset-intensive industries and strong experience in IT Services, consulting-led transformation, cloud, AI, Industry 4.0, and operational technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with both plant operations leaders and board-level executives while driving large-scale transformation programs and business growth.

Required Experience:

15–20+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, Engineering Services, or Digital Transformation

10+ years in senior leadership or executive roles

Proven experience managing large P&L responsibilities

Strong track record of large deal closures and business growth

Experience leading global enterprise transformation programs

Strong executive presence and consulting-led sales capability
