Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage subcontractor agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and timely request fulfillment.
- Administer contingent workforce processes using vendor management and workflow systems while supporting reporting and process improvements.
- Provide guidance to business teams and vendors on system usage, documentation, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, contract administration, vendor management, Statement of Work (SOW) administration, and cross-functional business operations support.

|
Technical Skills
|
SAP Fieldglass, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Contract Management, Reporting & Data Analysis

Business / Domain Skills
|

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
