Responsibilities | - Manage integrated project plans, dependencies, milestones, risks, and cross-functional execution activities
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data, and business teams
- Drive governance activities including status reviews, steering meetings, executive reporting, and RAID management
- Ensure alignment of deliverables across multiple product teams to meet enterprise program objectives and timelines
- Track program KPIs, delivery health, financials, and resource utilization across workstreams
- Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and dependency tracking across complex enterprise environments
- Support Agile and hybrid execution models including sprint planning, release coordination, and backlog prioritization activities
- Partner with vendor, architecture, product, and operational teams to ensure delivery readiness and implementation success
- Maintain program documentation including schedules, dashboards, action logs, and executive summaries
- Coordinate change management, communication planning, and stakeholder alignment activities across impacted teams
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
