Position: AI-First Engineer Oracle SCM Applications Suite
AI-Fueled SDLC & Modernization
We are looking for highly experienced AI-First Engineers with deep Oracle SCM expertise and a proven track record of leveraging AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
The ideal candidate should be more than an Oracle SCM developer who occasionally uses AI tools. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience using AI/LLM technologies across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, modernization, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Requirements & Solution Design
- Leverage AI/LLM technologies to analyze BRDs, user stories, process flows, and SCM specifications.
- Use AI to generate technical designs, impact assessments, traceability matrices, solution alternatives, and estimates.
- Apply AI for Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrade impact assessments and fit-gap analysis.
- Use AI-powered knowledge discovery to accelerate analysis and design.
AI-Driven Development & Modernization
- Utilize GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, ChatGPT, Claude, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Apply AI-assisted development across:
- PL/SQL
- Java
- JavaScript
- Groovy
- VBCS
- OIC
- APEX
- Perform AI-assisted code generation, optimization, refactoring, reverse engineering, and legacy modernization.
- Develop Oracle SCM customizations, integrations, extensions, reports, and automation solutions.
- Use AI to automate API creation, integration mappings, report generation, and technical documentation.
AI-Assisted Testing & Quality Engineering
- Build AI-powered functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT strategies.
- Leverage AI for automated test-case generation, test-data creation, defect identification, and test maintenance.
- Develop AI-enhanced regression testing frameworks for Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Apply AI for defect triage, root-cause analysis, and predictive quality insights.
AI-Enabled DevOps & Production Support
- Integrate AI-assisted code reviews, security analysis, static code scanning, and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Use AI to generate deployment documentation, release notes, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
- Apply AI-powered monitoring and analytics for Oracle quarterly release readiness.
- Support AI-driven deployment automation and environment management.
- Leverage AI to improve incident analysis and accelerate production issue resolution.

Oracle SCM & Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SCM applications, customizations, integrations, extensions, and technical development.
- Experience with Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, OIC, VBCS, APEX, Java, JavaScript, and Groovy is highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, impact assessments, regression testing, and modernization initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements
- 11+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS experience
- Strong software development / technical engineering background
- Proven experience applying AI across the SDLC
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot / Oracle Code Assist / LLM tools
- Experience with Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and/or RAG
- Ability to quantify business impact from AI adoption
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills
