We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Dynamics 365) to join a high-impact enterprise technology initiative in Sacramento, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform professional who thrives in designing scalable solutions, automating business processes, and delivering meaningful digital transformation outcomes.

If you have hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Dataverse customization, Power BI, and enterprise workflow automation, this role offers the chance to work on mission-critical applications in a complex and rewarding environment.

What You’ll Do

·        Configure, customize, and enhance solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform

·        Build and manage Dynamics processes, Cloud Flows / Power Automate, and managed/unmanaged solutions

·        Automate manual workflows and streamline business operations through scalable technical solutions

·        Design and implement Dataverse data structures and customizations within Dynamics 365

·        Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using Power BI

·        Support integrations with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign or similar tools

·        Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and deliver effective solutions

·        Contribute to enterprise-grade application improvements with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

·        3+ years of experience within the last 7 years in Dynamics 365 configuration, including:

·        Dynamics processes

·        Cloud Flows / Power Automate

·        Creation of managed and unmanaged Dynamics solutions

·        1+ year of experience within the last 3 years in:

·        Automating manual business processes

·        Power BI

·        Electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign (or equivalent)

·        1+ year of experience within the last 3 years with:

·        Data design and implementation

·        Dynamics 365 Dataverse customization

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience supporting public sector or government environments

·        Prior experience providing senior-level consultative software engineering services

·        Additional depth across Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise solution architecture

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
