Title: CCaaS Data & AI Engineer

Location: Sunrise, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Rate: : $50/Hr on W2

Relevant Experience: 8+

Job Description:

·         Develop and host solutions using Java and Python on cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.

·         Design and implement scalable CCaaS and Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) solutions.

·         Build conversational IVR solutions including NLU/NLP modeling, intent orchestration, webhook integrations, and STT/TTS capabilities.

·         Architect secure and resilient cloud infrastructure using GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Apigee, and BigQuery.

·         Implement cloud security controls including IAM, VPC design, encryption, OAuth, and multi-region high availability.

·         Architect and optimize CCaaS capabilities including ACD, skills-based routing, dialers, omnichannel solutions, and campaign management.

·         Lead integrations and migrations using CCaaS APIs, telephony services, CRM/CTI integrations, SIP/WebRTC, and webhooks.

·         Design and develop API-driven and microservices-based architectures using frameworks such as Spring Boot or Vertx.

·         Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Maven, Git, Jenkins, and related tooling.

·         Work with Kafka, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.

·         Design and model complex enterprise architectures and systems.

·         Apply strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and Linux/Unix environments.

·         Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

·         Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

·         Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
