Object CTalk Inc. (OCTalk) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the development, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of a ServiceNow platform within a federal enterprise environment.

The developer will work with the technical team to implement ServiceNow enhancements, customizations, workflows, and integrations while following established development standards and best practices.

Role:

· Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and functionality.

· Configure forms, UI policies, and catalog items.

· Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts.

· Develop and customize Service Portal functionality.

· Implement workflows and platform enhancements based on business requirements.

· Support ServiceNow integrations and customizations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.

· Manage development changes using update sets and follow established update-set practices.

· Perform testing and support system upgrades and improvements.

· Work with technical and functional team members to implement ServiceNow solutions.

Skills Needed:

·       4 years of ServiceNow development experience.

· Experience configuring forms, UI policies, catalog items, and Service Portal.

· Experience with ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting.

· Experience with ServiceNow workflows, enhancements, and customizations.

· Experience managing update sets and performing testing activities.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.

·       Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a current MBI or be able to obtain one.
