Job Overview: Seeking a senior hands-on Program Manager with strong airline technology experience to lead a high-visibility customer-facing accessibility initiative. This role requires an independent operator who can orchestrate 15 parallel technology workstreams and integrate them into a single cohesive delivery plan. The ideal candidate has operated in complex airline enterprise environments, is fluent in application and infrastructure technology language, and can confidently bridge technical, business, and operational perspectives at all levels. This individual brings strong executive presence, actively manages risk and dependencies, and ensures no late surprises around delivery scope or timing.
Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Coordinate and integrate 15 parallel technology workstreams into a unified delivery plan.
- Bridge technical, business, and operational perspectives at all organizational levels.
- Actively manage risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of scope and milestones.
- Engage with VP and SVP-level stakeholders through executive forums and SteerCos.
- Maintain integrated delivery artifacts such as program plans, RAID logs, and dependency tracking.
- Provide concise and credible updates to leadership while addressing risks constructively.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager or Program Manager leading large-scale technology initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in application development and technology delivery environments.
- Strong preference for prior airline experience supporting application and infrastructure technology teams.
- Proven ability to manage large multi-workstream programs with multiple independent teams, PMs, and vendors.
- Understanding of modern technology delivery concepts, including application platforms, infrastructure dependencies, integration patterns, DevOps principles, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience in reading and challenging architecture and dependency models to surface delivery risks.
- Proficiency in maintaining integrated delivery artifacts and documentation.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
- Adaptability in enterprise environments with mixed delivery models and organizational complexity.

Pay Range: $80 - $85
