Role Overview
We are seeking a Technology Program Manager to support technology delivery. This role focuses on program financials and supports leadership in program-wide activities. The successful candidate will coordinate routines, manage dependencies, and ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion.
- Gather and facilitate status updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in project management, change management, or PMO.
