Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an SAP BRIM Invoicing Lead Developer on behalf of our client in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP BRIM and Convergent Invoicing (CI), who can lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale billing and invoicing solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing complex billing environments, ensuring scalable, high-performance invoicing processes, and supporting critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BRIM invoicing solutions.

• Configure and enhance SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) to support complex billing and invoicing requirements.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Optimize invoice generation, mass processing, and batch execution for high-volume environments.

• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to define solution designs and technical strategies.

• Perform technical reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex invoicing and billing issues, including root-cause analysis.

• Support integrations between SAP BRIM, ERP systems, finance applications, and downstream billing platforms.

• Develop technical specifications, design documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.

• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide production support and recommend continuous improvements to system performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, including significant experience with SAP BRIM.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).

• Proven experience implementing and supporting BRIM invoicing solutions in large-scale, high-volume environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and invoicing processes.

• Hands-on experience with ABAP development, enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning.

• Experience integrating SAP BRIM with ERP, finance, and billing systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional SAP BRIM components, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and FI-CA.

• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Background in telecommunications, utilities, subscription services, or other high-volume billing industries.

• SAP BRIM certification is a plus.
