JD 1. Service Management Resource

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
• Service orders
• Contracts and subscriptions
• Billing and revenue integration
• Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multicomponent service offerings (e.g., product + service bundles, subscription-based services, usage-based services).
• Define pricing, configuration, and dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct fit-to-standard analysis, and identify gaps.
• Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customization, validations, and approval mechanisms.
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional processes, including:
• Finance, Revenue recognition
• SD / Order Management
• Digital payments and invoicing
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Service Management and Solution Quotation scenarios.
• Prepare test scripts, execute test cycles, and support defect resolution.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including:
• Functional Design Specifications
• Process flow diagrams

JD 2. Solutions Quotation Resource

• Implementation of SAP S/4HANA Solution Quotation for individual products / bundled offerings.
• Define and configure subsequent document determination, including order types, item categories, and follow-on documents for:
• Shippable products (including FreeofCharge scenarios)
• Software contracts
• Service and service contract scenarios
• Support bundle quoting, including:
• Componentlevel determination
• Bundle price rollup logic
• Pricing condition setup (including bundle-specific promotions)
• Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and support technical build activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams during development, unit testing, and defect resolution.
• Prepare and execute test scripts and support respective testing cycles.
• Experience with 3^rd party integration with field mapping & testing.
• Provide handson support during the build and stabilization phases.

JD 3. BRIM Resources

• Handson experience implementing the SAP S/4HANA BRIM solution, with deep functional expertise across Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI) on S/4HANA, Convergent Charging (CC), and FICA in an S/4HANA environment. The candidate will support the full subscription lifecycle, including product modeling, subscription order capture, provider contract management, usage processing, rating, billing, and invoice generation, all aligned with S/4HANA s data model and integration capabilities.
• Key responsibilities include configuring S/4HANA Subscription Order Management to support complex subscription and recurring revenue scenarios. This includes defining subscription products, provider contracts, order orchestration rules, and integration with downstream rating and billing functions. The role will also involve working with Convergent Charging to design and configure charge plans, rate plans, tiers, allowances, and usage aggregation, ensuring accurate real-time or batch-based rating aligned with the subscription model.
• The candidate will configure Convergent Invoicing (CI) within S/4HANA to support billable item processing, billing cycles, invoicing, invoice keys, account assignments, and integration with S/4HANA FICA for payments, clearing, dunning, and subledger accounting. Experience with bundle modeling, discount structures, recurring charges, usage-based monetization, and pricing alignment across SOM, CC, and CI is essential.
• A core part of this role is translating business requirements into detailed Functional Specification Documents and supporting the associated technical build across S/4HANA BRIM components.
• They will also prepare and execute test scripts and support all phases of testing, including integration testing, end-to-end rating and billing tests, and user acceptance testing. The role requires experience integrating S/4HANA BRIM with third-party systems such as CRM systems like Salesforce, payment gateways, and external subscription apps.
• This includes supporting field mapping, interface validation, and end-to-end testing across the complete use-to-invoice process.
• During build and stabilization, the candidate will provide hands-on functional support to troubleshoot issues across SOM, CC, CI, and FICA, ensuring smooth adoption of S/4HANA BRIM capabilities.
