We are looking for Partner Operations Lead - Remote / Telecommute for our client in San Francisco CA

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $88.10hr - $93.10hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Required experience in both Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup.
  • Strong experience working with executives, board members or other high-touch / VIP individuals in a major event context.
  • Expert in sport with deep subject matter expertise and a network of existing relationships at both the IOC and FIFA.
  • Leadership facing role, communicating and influencing other XFN leaders and regularly presenting to internal and external leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic development of operational plan for FIFA Women s World Cup 2027 and LA 28 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
  • Refresh and drive an existing operational playbook and framework that local teams can use for other event partnerships.
  • Responsible for overall operational planning across all programs and activations, including working with the Executive office on any executive hospitality needs.
  • Manage the allocation and delivery of all operational assets including ticketing, accreditation, transportation, parking permits, accommodation, and hospitality.
  • Manage and execute a staff onsite operational plan, along with global safety and security, internal communications and other stakeholders.
  • Develop a contingency plan for the workforce, guests, and athletes together with safety and security.
  • Work with the agency on ticketing and accreditation strategies, managing internal elements and communication, and overseeing agency deliverables.
  • Partner with activations lead and other key stakeholders to deliver operationally secured onsite activations and maximize the usage of assets for business driving programs.
  • Manage associated submissions and approvals with stakeholders.
  • Oversee operational staff members guiding them on execution of workstreams.
  • Lead internal operational communications to prioritize and cascade important information, develop the Games Time Operational Playbook and Executive Summaries and recommendations.

  • Excellent organization skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt and pivot in a quick paced and flexible working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, yet cross functionally collaborative.
