Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand to lead our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a creative mind and a strong background in product marketing. This role will be instrumental in driving our brand's vision and positioning in the market, managing all aspects of our brand strategy, and leading innovative marketing campaigns. The Director of Brand will work closely with various teams to ensure our brand message is consistent, timely, and impactful.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that creates a lifestyle out of a digital asset.
2. Lead, manage, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with our brand's vision and business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
4. Oversee the development of creative marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand story.
5. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform brand strategy and positioning.
6. Monitor and analyze brand performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
7. Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI is maximized.
8. Foster a creative and collaborative environment, inspiring team members to deliver their best work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in brand management and marketing campaign execution.
3. Exceptional creative thinking abilities, with a knack for developing innovative strategies that drive brand growth.
4. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and inspiring a team.
5. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and ability to use it in developing and executing brand strategies.
6. Proficiency in using marketing software and online tools.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
10. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
