About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Agile, Waterfall along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge to lead and coordinate SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination across business, functional, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate SAP functional, technical, business, integration, data migration, and testing teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Develop and track cutover plans and ensure business/technical readiness for go-live.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and governance activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Required Skills
- 7–8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Experience managing SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes.
- Experience with cutover and go-live activities.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and issue management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP / SAP Activate certification is a plus.
