  • Summary:


    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales/Return Order Analyst to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related role and a bachelor's degree. This contract position will focus on managing order processing, returns, and ensuring compliance with global guidelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor compliance.


    Responsibilities:


    • Enter and update sales/return orders as needed.

    • Perform monthly maintenance of aged sales/return orders in adherence with global guidelines.

    • Communicate with assigned accounts regarding Return Authorization (RA) status, supporting inquiries, and changes.

    • Research and resolve sales/return order discrepancies.

    • Process price adjustments via debit and credit memos as needed.

    • Manage all HE vendor compliance violations by disputing invalid charges through extensive research.

    • Track and report valid compliance violations to mitigate future instances.

    • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders and returns.

    • Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

    • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.

    • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.

    • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.

    • Set up project and work breakdown structures.

    • Establish and document business processes.

    • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, returns processing, or a similar role.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Advanced Excel knowledge (PowerPivot/Get & Transform) is a plus.


    Preferred Skills:


    • Experience in order management or a supply chain environment.

    • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
