Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing, backend validation, and cloud-based environments, with a focus on building scalable and reliable test frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
Build and execute automated test scripts for web applications and APIs
Perform API testing using tools like REST Assured or Postman
Validate data using SQL queries and ensure data integrity across systems
Work with AWS cloud services to support testing in cloud-based environments
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build processes
Identify, document, and track defects; perform root cause analysis
Ensure test coverage, performance, and scalability of applications
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Java programming
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Experience with API testing (REST APIs, JSON, Postman, REST Assured)
Solid knowledge of SQL for backend/data validation
Experience working with AWS cloud services
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Understanding of test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Maven)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
