Job Title: Network Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville, FL; Pennington, NJ
Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About the Role
Day to Day
Provide production support within a CAP automation environment, handling incoming tickets and system issues
Perform ticket triage, prioritization, and resolution across automation-related incidents
Support user provisioning and deprovisioning across tools and platforms
Troubleshoot access, tooling, and automation workflow issues in real time
Participate in on-call rotation (evenings/weekends) to support critical production needs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stability and efficiency of automation processes
Must Haves:
Strong experience in production/application support or IT support in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning and access management
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (automation, task execution, user management)
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) and structured triage processes
Ability to work independently during off-hours support and handle high-priority incidents
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 60$-65$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
