Summary:
Seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Program Manager to lead and support end-to-end delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The role combines technical leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery expertise within the P&C insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery governance.
• Support sprint, release, and PI planning activities.
• Oversee Guidewire configuration, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Guidewire Cloud standards and best practices.
• Identify implementation gaps and recommend technical remediation strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, client, and vendor teams.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and delivery updates.
• Drive risk management, quality assurance, UAT readiness, and go-live planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in technical program/project management.
• Experience leading 3+ full-cycle Guidewire implementations.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.
• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain, including underwriting, claims, and billing.
• Experience with Gosu, SOAP/REST integrations, and Guidewire architecture.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Guidewire ACE Certification (Cloud/Mammoth or higher).
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and Jutro.
• Background with Guidewire SI partners.
• Experience managing large-scale implementation teams and programs.
