RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* Configure and set up tablets for the mobile application, including installing, updating, and validating application functionality
* Support firewall configuration and monitoring (basic rule creation, troubleshooting connectivity issues)
* Troubleshoot and resolve device level, application level, network, and connectivity issues
* Assist in VPN setup and remote access configuration
* Maintain IT documentation and asset records
* Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues
* Ensure adherence to IT security policies and standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or comparable experience
* 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, product analyst, IT support, or similar role
* Strong understanding of client-server architecture
* Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and environments
* Familiarity with AI concepts/ fundamentals
* Understanding of layered network architecture, protocols and security concepts
* Basic understanding of data and logs for troubleshooting
* Ability to diagnose and isolate technical issues
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (local/regional travel as required
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Strong problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable working independently in field environments
* Strong coordination skills
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
* Basic SQL or log analysis experience
* Experience building/ leveraging AI agents
* Experience supporting SaaS or cloud-hosted applications
* Exposure to QA or application testing
* Presentation experience/skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
