Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer for a remote role.

Overview:
We are building an enterprise AI capability from the ground up, and this role sits at the center of that effort. As an Enterprise AI Solutions Engineer, you will partner directly with senior business leaders-primarily in executive and C-suite organizations-to translate real business problems into practical, production-ready AI solutions.

This is a hands-on, applied role. It is not focused on AI research or a single platform. We operate in a multi-model environment, actively using leading LLMs such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, while continuously evaluating emerging agentic frameworks and enterprise AI tools. You will be expected to choose the right approach for each use case, not force-fit a preferred tool.

You will own the full prototype-to-production lifecycle: scoping use cases with stakeholders, rapidly building usable MVPs, and hardening solutions into reliable enterprise tools. Your work will directly influence how AI supports decision-making across Finance, FP&A, Operations, HR, Legal, and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Rapidly design and build AI-powered prototypes for business and executive use cases, delivering working demos in days rather than months
* Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from initial scoping through production readiness
* Integrate and orchestrate LLMs across multiple providers using modern Python-based tooling
* Build agentic workflows that combine LLM reasoning with enterprise data, APIs, and systems
* Develop lightweight user interfaces that make AI capabilities accessible to non-technical users
* Partner closely with finance and business leaders to identify high-ROI AI opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes
* Present AI solutions clearly to senior stakeholders using plain, business-focused language

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of software development or solutions engineering experience, including 1-2 years of working hands-on with large language models in production or near-production environments
* Strong Python skills, including API integration, data manipulation, and automation pipelines
* Experience working with multiple LLM providers and articulating tradeoffs across cost, latency, context limits, and tool use
* Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and at least one agentic orchestration framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)
* SQL proficiency, with experience querying financial or operational data
* Demonstrated ability to build prototypes for non-technical business stakeholders, not just developer tools
* Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and using Git for source control
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to senior and non-technical audiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
