You will be responsible for overseeing our paid search initiatives, maximizing ROI across paid advertising networks like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search campaigns, and managing budgets efficiently to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize paid search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage monthly ad spend to pacing goals while hitting strict target ROAS or CPA thresholds.
- Keyword Research: Conduct continuous keyword expansion, grouping, and negative keyword filtering.
- A/B Testing: Run continuous ad copy, headline, and landing page asset tests to boost click-through rates.
- Bid Strategy: Implement manual and automated bidding strategies to maximize visibility and conversion value.
- Performance Tracking: Build clean data dashboards and attribute conversions accurately using GA4 and Google Ads tags.
- Competitor Monitoring: Analyze competitor ad copy, landing pages, and auction insights to find market gaps.
Skills/Experience required:
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of direct experience managing monthly budgets in Google Ads.
- Certifications: Active Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement) are highly preferred.
- Analytics Toolset: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Copywriting Skills: Ability to write high-converting, concise ad copy within strict character limits.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong data manipulation skills using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
