Overview
The Professional Services team is seeking a contract Project/Program Manager to drive internal initiatives and keep cross-functional efforts on track. This is an operationally focused role for someone who can take ambiguous goals, build structure around them, and shepherd them to completion without heavy oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal PS initiatives end to end — defining scope, milestones, owners, and timelines
- Maintain project plans, status reporting, and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into progress and risk
- Coordinate across PS delivery, operations, sales, and adjacent teams to remove blockers and keep work moving
- Run recurring program reviews and drive accountability on action items and deadlines
- Surface risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early, with recommended paths forward
- Document processes and decisions so initiatives stay durable beyond any single effort
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or technology organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and the ability to translate data into clear status narratives
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification a plus but not required
