Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and create detailed process maps and workflow documentation.
• Develop and maintain use cases, user stories, and business requirement documentation.
• Support Agile project teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and testing activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend effective business solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions.
• Assist in validating deliverables and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business units, project teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Support change management and documentation efforts throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related technology role.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Ability to create clear and detailed documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Experience developing and documenting use cases and user stories.
• Experience with process documentation and workflow mapping.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
