Requirements

3 or more years of experience in technical support specializing in EDI customer onboarding and system implementations.

Proficiency in EDI X12 standards and supporting specific transaction sets including 832, 850, and 810.

Experience with basic API troubleshooting and executing connection validations utilizing Postman.

Experience with managing customer communications and tracking technical bugs utilizing HubSpot CRM and Jira.

Experience in supporting SaaS platforms within foodservice, hospitality, or supply chain environments.

Experience with managing a high volume of concurrent software integrations and operational support requests.

Excellent communication skills to interact directly with external business users and guide them through go-live processes.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute end-to-end customer onboarding and technical EDI implementation activities.

Configure, test, and validate EDI connections and data transaction integrations for external business clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI transaction failures and incoming customer technical support requests.

Monitor ongoing EDI transaction processing streams to ensure continuous and reliable data flow.

Perform basic API connection testing and remote integration troubleshooting utilizing Postman.

Document customer interactions, implementation statuses, and platform bugs within HubSpot CRM and Jira.

Collaborate closely with internal technical and project teams to rapidly escalate and resolve system-level issues.
