ERP analyst (CSI)

Job Title : ERP analyst (CSI)

Location: Portsmouth NH Remote 100% - once a month have to visit to client location

Duration: Long term

Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2)

Defense exp for Military is preferred .

CSI exp. is an absolute must

Local to MA or NH or within a 70 mile radius

Responsibilities:

• At least 5 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst in a Syteline (CSI) environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience translating business needs into technical requirements
• Technical expertise in Infor CS Syteline ERP, including implementation and enhancement experience, with a focus on Manufacturing
• Understanding of defense manufacturing processes, including master data management, order management, production planning, materials management, quality, inventory control, engineering project management, and finance
• You will work closely with the ERP project manager and stakeholders across departments, including operations, IT, and leadership teams, reporting to the IT Director.
• This role requires to be On Site in NH about once a month.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• In this role you will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in creating and maintaining process maps.
• Working closely with the Project Management team in providing regular updates on project updates to Senior Leadership Team. Position will require some regular travel to Newport, Vermont.
• WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING A typical day may include:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document ERP business requirements for all end-to-end processes in the business
• Conducting in-depth analysis of ERP systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Utilizing Infor CSI Syteline ERP expertise to support and enhance ERP system functionalities
• Providing regular updates to the ERP Project Manager and assisting with project progress tracking
• Supporting end-users and training initiatives to drive ERP adoption and efficiency
• Experience in supporting projects with multiple vendors on a project as part of the ERP program model.
• Experience with ERP support: ticketing systems, reporting Support on Power Bl reporting for Sales, Finance, and other business functions
